We recently had the honor of making memories for a wonderful couple who came all the way from Singapore to have their love story documented in this breathtaking city. The couple chose to elope and have their wedding picture session in Dubrovnik because of the city's captivating scenery, rich history, and attraction of well-known sites like the Arboretum Trsteno and Mountain Srdj. Arboretum Trsteno: A Fairytale Beginning
The charming Arboretum Trsteno, where nature and history dwell in perfect harmony, was our first destination. The Arboretum, which dates to the 15th century, is one of the oldest botanical gardens in the area and is well-known for its verdant landscapes and old trees. The couple's photo shoot was enhanced by the enchantment of the area, which was used for filming "Game of Thrones" due to its lovely walkways and picturesque views.
The couple was enthralled with the peacefulness and beauty of the location as we went through the gardens. In the natural beauty of Dubrovnik, the sunshine shining through the leaves made for the ideal backdrop for their pictures, encapsulating the spirit of their love.
Romantic Night Photoshoot at Mountain Srdj
We got ready for a very unique and romantic nighttime photo session as the sun started to set. We took pictures of the couple against this gorgeous backdrop, which was the shimmering city lights of Dubrovnik below.
We were able to get the couple's silhouettes against the lit-up metropolis. It was the ideal way to cap off a romantic and exciting day because of the night breeze and the peaceful surroundings, which enhanced the intimacy of the moment.
